OK is there a bias in Europe or North America or from Asia or Australia, this should settle the question of bias? Vote by continent or sub continent in one case for you personal support if you would. I'm not including Antartica, sorry but there are no natives of this continent, unless you include radioactive monkeys and they are strictly impartial :)

EDIT: Thanks Shaihalud, tell us where abouts you're from as well it should be more enlightening that way.

From asia pacific region, and i support Israel, although occasionally some of my replies may make it seem that i support the Palestinians, that is only in the interest of adding spice(trolling)to the discussion. Imo neither group holds the higher moral ground, but the Palestinians are more irritatingly obstinate and their fanaticism is a negative. I find Israeli people to be very irritating and smug as well, but at least they are doing a good job of developing their country.

What is this a bloody football macth?

I side with neither. Both sides are equally at fault and there will never be peace as long as this sort of thing continues.

Where is the neutral option?
And did you actually mean Palestine? (or Lebanon?)

Everyone likes a pole don't they? And wasn't the question on the other poll a genralisation of support for or against Israel? This is a bit more specific and not tied to the Beiruit deally(although they are related) I have been thinking about this since before the escallation, as evidenced by my posts on Palestinian/Israeli threads. Pardon me for not being up to date. :) You're right though, I should of asked this question ages ago, I just never got round to it.

I hope this thread doesn't promote a mob mentality. I am not against or with anyone. I can be against a state or a certain government or particular person. But not against Israelis or against Palestinians for example. That's why I take everything personally and case by case.

This must be some kind of trick question. Sort of like; "whom do you support... the USA, or North America?"

:hmm:

Yes it's a Bloody match indeed, with that hitler quote you got there I am suprised you are conserned.

I support neither. My sympathy lies with the civilians caught in the conflict, and I believe that its Israel's move in the peace negotiations.

^ Well said... Personally I dont know how to solve this whole mess and i dont have sympathy for either armed side.

I apologise to all Australasians, Australia covers all those distinct Islands and territories around the continent, post Australia and then clarify if you want. Oops.

I'm Australian and I think both sides are full of innocents, evil people and fools.

Cannot vote. I do not support any side as they both have their grievances. Unfortunately actions from both sides aren't easing the situation at all. In fact they're making things worse.

NOT EVERYONE LIVES ON A CONTIENT!

Also i dont really support either side. I can see where israel is coming from. They can't let the terrorists (for lack of a better word) attack them without reprisals. And recently i think that the israeli govt has been pretty good, withdrawing from the occuiped lands ect.

On the other hand its not the palistine or lebanese people who are doing this, its small groups of hardliners.

It seems like Israel wants the local goverments (Lebanese govt and palastine govt) to deal with the terrorists. But when the terrorists act up israel retaliates by bombing the infrastructure of the local goverments. Which makes them less affective.

Also i don't see how bombing bridges in beruit stops the terrorists.
