Hi gang. I'm back, later than never. It's not my fault: I was kidnapped (in so many words) by a groundhog, who saw Feb 1 what the next six weeks looked like, and decided to take me on a quest for alcohol, using a trust fund with unclear origins as fuel for our epic binge. I was made to celebrate Mardi Gras in New Orleans, the Spring Solstice in Colorado, Saint Patrick's Day in Boston, the NCAA Championship (a.k.a. March Madness) in Dallas and Baseball Opening Day in Cincinnati. I'm exhausted. I was finally able to slip away when the groundhog, by this time looking like a small abused bear, began puking violently after someone game him a "Shirley Temple" as an April Fool's joke.

So now, my hangover having subsided, and having showered and settled my debts, on to the contests:

This leaderhead will compete in the next Leaderhead of the Year contest. Good Luck, LMR!

Etain won the February PCX contest by default, but has exercised his option to hold it over to the next contest, but there was only one entry in March, so we end up with two outstanding PCX packs in contention against each other for this month's contest. So, the nominees for PCX of the Month for February/March 2014 are:

Etain - Wheel of Fire Interface

~and~

Balthasar - Mars Terrain

What a wonderful contest (if I say so myself)! Good luck to everyone!

This month's unit contest is HERE.

Man, that is a tough choice. I think they'd both have been good candidates for PCX of the month back when there were 4-5 entries per month. Can we make the poll multiple choice and vote for both?

I am impressed that you managed to complete a terrain set even in spite of dealing with a Rodent Of Unusual Size.

"Chances of anything coming from MARS are a million to one" they said (The War Of The Worlds musical).

Hmm, two extremely close competitions, one a tie and one by one vote. I think that is a tribute to the level of talent making units and artwork for the game. Congratulations to both of you on your outstanding work.
