custom flags not showing in game

on the american revolution and another mod in this game the flags do not show, what is causing this??

If you are playing a ModPack, Iwould post in the relevant ModPack Forum, you are more likely to get support there from the Mod author.

You obviously don't understand... read my post thouroughly and THEN respond.

The problem is the same for the mods that firaxis made and shipped with the game, American Revolution and World War 2 in the Med.

So obviously its a more involved problem than just one mod if its applies to all mods, isn't it?
