About Units.gif

Hi everybody, first i like to tell that i am brazilian, and my english sux! sorry for that, but lets try

Ok, my problem is:

I cant change my unit's draw! I substitued(?) the "test Unit 1" draw (the barbarians chief with number 1) and put my draw at his place. By the way, my picture got perfect! BUT, when i execute the civilization 2, it doesn't accept and i can't enter the game...

What should i do to work fine? is it impossible?

obs, i tried to put a picture of an unit at the same place and dont work too! i realy dont know where is the ****en problem. Oh, and when i put the original picture back, it still doesn't work... what the hell?

Any chance you could attach a copy of the gif? Likely it has something to do with either the last two colors in the palette or not being saved in gif87a format or something similar

Not sure what was wrong with it but I copy pasted the new icon onto my units.gif and the game started fine, so here it is.
