No yields on wheat?

I just came across the mod today and downloaded the latest version (v148.6) of CiVUP+VE. It's amazing so far, but I just noticed that wheat doesn't give any additional yield of any kind. Is this on purpose? Every other resource gives +1 to something, and otherwise wheat seems useless.

Oh, right. I meant to report this too; the tooltip for wheat seems incomplete:

I was assuming it's just a visual bug, but I haven't checked it out thoroughly.

When I hover over the tile instead of the resource icon, it tells me 4:c5food: 1:c5production: with Farm, which is +2:c5food: over a regular Plains tile's 2:c5food: 1:c5production: with Farm.

Thal changed wheat's (and some other bonus resources) yields recently to slow early growth.. I've mentioned that a 3-yield-standard for all bonus resources when unimproved works well for consistency, but haven't yet gotten a response (granted, it was in a heated discussion about the free gold civs now start with). Now irrigated wheat gets 2:c5food:, where other farms generally only give 1:c5food: to tiles.

It seems the tooltip is wrong then; a farmed Wheat Plains tile should be 3:c5food:, 1:c5production:.

Growth is typically faster now, not slower:
Old
0 :c5gold: per player
0 :c5food: Palace
2 :c5food: 1 :c5production: plains wheat
3 :c5food: 1 :c5production: plains wheat + farm
4 :c5food: 1 :c5production: plains wheat + farm + granary
1 :c5food: desert wheat
2 :c5food: desert wheat + farm
3 :c5food: desert wheat + farm + granary

New
15 :c5gold: per player (can purchase granary in 200/13 = 16 turns)
1 :c5food: Palace
1 :c5food: 1 :c5production: plains wheat
3 :c5food: 1 :c5production: plains wheat + farm
4 :c5food: 1 :c5production: plains wheat + farm + granary
1 :c5food: 1 :c5gold: desert wheat
3 :c5food: 1 :c5gold: desert wheat + farm
4 :c5food: 1 :c5gold: desert wheat + farm + granary
Improved wheat provides equal or greater food. Desert wheat is better, while unimproved non-desert wheat is slightly lower. All capitals have 1:c5food: extra from the palace. Granaries are cheaper and more accessible with higher gold revenue.

Could you clarify this; which tooltip is wrong?

So do all bonus resources (cows, stone come to mind) start at 2 total yield now before improvement?

Wheat's upgrades are available earlier than Cows and Stone. Upgraded wheat consistently provides equal or higher yields than upgraded cows and stone.

I meant the tooltip when hovering over a Wheat tile itself (not the resource icon): something like
Yields:
1:c5food: 1:c5production:
4:c5food: 1:c5production: with Farm

where the 4 should be 3.
