"Wake of the Tiger" Tech Icons

First tech pack for the work-in-progress Korean Three Kingdoms themed "Wake of the Tiger" mod. I decided to go with using icons for categories of things rather than specific icons for specific things - there would be just around two-dozen techs for complete mod.
