where can I cuy civ 4 with exp. packs?

I have been trying to find a civ 4 pack that includes the expansion packs as a electronic version. I do have the basic game and exp. packs, but it would be a lot easier to have it as download files. I searched at gamersgate.com , but they don't have it (they only have it for Mac).
alternatively I'm looking for bts as a downloadable game, so I can put the dvd away and don't have to put it in the computer every time I play. Steam do have it, but I am avoiding to use them since I had so much trouble installing civ 5

If you have the latest BTS Patch installed, you do not need to have the DVD in your drive anymore while playing.
(at least I don't need my CD anymore, don't know about the DVD version)

cool. thanks. I do have the 3.19 patch. I have found that civ4 package (incl all expansions), but it's at Steam. was hoping a smaller or independent internet-store would have it. amazon have it too (actually think thy are the cheapest on that package). I prefer gamersgate.com, but they don't have it:-(
