Civ mods incompatible?

Only recently I started using Civ Mods, and I keep on running into some issues...

First, there's the TXT_KEY issue, I posted on that here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?p=10823545#post10823545

But there also seems to be incompatibility between different civ mods. I add some printscreens, there you can see that the icons get mixed up. With an hilarious result: the confederates being led by an African Warrior Princess :lol:

Coïncidence or not, up untill now the Kongo mod is always involved. Here with the Confederates, the linked post with the Danes. A shame, because I played the Kongo civ and I really like it.

Has anyone had the same problem?

I think that the problem is that you have several versions of the Confederates mod installed, I got the same problem but reversed the I tried to make the Kongo Mod and had several versions of it.

But I am no pro on this and have forgott most of what i done when i made the konfo mod a few months ago, I am glad that you like it and I will try ti improve it as soon I got the time
 
Cyon, that's not it. I only have 1 version of the Confederates installed, I avoid having double mods.
I'll start up some combined games with other mods to see if the problem occurs with other mods than Kongo as well.
