Pouakai, i noticed you have the shwedagon pagoda in BMF, i have an unused icon for it, you wouldn't want it would you?

That would be awesome, thanks mate! And thanks Sneaks as well for the continuing BMF art!

I know the new graphics Sneaks is posting up are for BMF, but could they be made into stand-alone wonders, as well?

Hi....I want to start saying that I'm in love with your wonders, they are so...amazing :D Said that...I have a new suggestion...a book, an historical novel, one of the 4 masterpieces of the Chinese literature, the Romance of the three kingdoms http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romance_of_the_Three_Kingdoms
I tried to do a wonder splash and an icon, but if you want I can send you other photos if you want to do a new splash.
And now, my suggested stats
prereq tech: Printing press (it was written in 1300-1400, so you can see if there is a more suitable tech)
Effect: bonus culture based on empire population or number of cities (if possible), or generic culture bonus PLUS a gold bonus on empire population or number of cities (or generic gold bonus) after the discovery of Mass Media
Quote: "It is a general truism of this world that anything long divided will surely unite, and anything long united will surely divide" (intro to the Romance)

Abraj al Bait Towers

Abraj al Bait Towers is a hotel complex located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, just metres away from the holiest site in the Islamic faith. It is currently under construction, and expected to open later in 2012, ten years after the Ottoman fortress which was previously on the site was demolished by the Saudi government to make way for the complex. Ingame, Abraj al Bait Towers provide +2 :c5culture: Culture for every luxury resource worked by the city, as well as +20 :c5gold: Gold with the Pilgrimage belief. Globalization is also required.
Abraj Al Bait Towers contains two splash screens - one by myself, and one by Sneaks. A readme can be found within the folder detailing how to change between the two. The Wonder can be downloaded either from Steam Workshop, or from the CivFanatics Download Database, page Here.

Looks like you forgot to Oil Paint effect the CN Tower splash. Might just need a better image

Maybe, I'll see what others thing first - it was set to be 1, you need to remember it is every luxury within the city limits!

Yes, but how many luxuries does a normal city have at that point in the game, without legendary start (if capital)? 3-5 max? +6/10 culture at that point of the game is marginal, even with modifiers.

That's why modifiers are to be preffered in later eras. Giving this wonder a 100% modifier or so might make it too similiar to Sydney Opera House, however. Hmm..

EDIT: now I noticed it is unlocked at Globalization. Since you won't want to get Globalization for anything EXCEPT UN victory, I propose to give it some sort of city-state friendship boost, so as to help diplomatic victories.

That reminds me, has anyone ever though of making the Arc de Triomphe into a world wonder, using the icon of the national epic? Them maybe we can make a new icon for the national epic a book perhaps?

Or we could just steal the game concepts home page icon...

I am surprised that the romance of the three kingdoms isn't mentioned in either the national epic or the heroic epic, it really is an amazing piece of literature.

first off, these are great mods, thanks for the hard work. i mentioned this in the additional wonders thread, and since i use them all thought I would ask here as well:

These additional wonders are each individual civ5mod files. As someone who uses nearly all of them in addition to other mods, I was wondering if it was possible to package/batch all of these mods into one single mod to help organize the whole starting a new game mod selection screen. having so many boxes to check in the process can be tedious and result in weird mod load orders if one is not careful...

If it's not too much work to do (and you could explain how) I'd be willing to try and batch them all together, but I wouldn't know where to start. thanks

In the next version I will bump it up to four, better?

I purposely didn't choose a modifier because I wanted it to be unique.

I wanted to make Globalization something you strive for even if you're not going for a Diplo Victory.

I did think of doing the Arc de Triomphe, but thought it''s not that wondrous compared to some of the others. Maybe later though.

Abraj al Bait Towers look awesome. And I really like the choice of the qoute.

On a side note, I once stayed in a hotel there.
Thanks mate, that's awesome!

Well,

I'd like to suggest the Hammurabi Code of Laws Stele.
I don't usually do wonders like that, and if anything it would be better as a national wonder, each nation deserves it's own code of laws!

One is on the table, as it were, and I was going to wait until slightly later. The main issue is the ModInfo file, which tells the game to read certain files. Otherwise it would be easy for anyone to do it. If I have time in the holidays I'll do this.
