Sorry for the longer than usual wait time. I've been distracted by Civ3 and Old Republic.

Anyway, Britain has Celtic and Briton units in the ancient ages, English units in the Medieval and Renaissance, and then they're the British Empire for the rest of the game.

Added a Union Jack flag in the file, with the flag set to that.
 
I made my civs on 3.19, but I think it'll work in other patches of BtS.
 
Extract it from the rar file, then place within the mods folder.
