Just as some states are increasing tourism via gay marriage, others could increase tourism by bringing back dueling. While some travel to the North with those they love, others can travel to the South with those they hate.

Just think how this could improve our presidential campaigns !

Bringing back dueling would certainly cut down on Democratic Party campaigning in Florida. People who claimed to be insulted would be lining up for miles.

I wouldn't put much stock in the DC, the same site that claims that Obama's birth certificate is a forgery.
