Adds Brazil Mod, with 2 UU, 1 UB, and 2 LH with a unique art style

Also adds improved AI, as well as sevopedia

Also there is a custom background for main menu and sevopedia

Hey dude, I'm playng a brazilian civ, I dont know if it is the same os this one, but leaders seem to be the same, D. Pedro II and Mem de Sá. I notice that souns when clicking units are in portuguese from Portugal (same default portuguese sounds). I wonder if we could record this sounds in brazilian portuguese and replace them on this mod. I'm from Brasil and I can help, what do you think?

Hey dude,I didn't played yet,it but it looks like it's good,but I think that maybe you could have done Getúlio Vargas instead of Mem de Sá...I mean,it's just an idea,because Getúlio Vargas was very important for the modernization of the country too (Sorry if it's the wrong place)²

i dont beleive there is an animated version of Vargas
