Has anyone made this scenario, I can't seem to find one for it

I looked around for quite a while for a C3C scenario of the fictional Combine Invasion that takes place after Half-Life 1 and up until Half-Life 2.
I can't seem to find any and Half-Life 2 is one of my favorite games, but so is Civ3 Complete, having them put together in a scenario would be great.

I can't say I've heard of anything like that. Also, this should probably have been put in the main section, this subforum is for uploading completed scenarios, not asking questions.
