Next round E.V.I.L will offer two of its agents to conduct operation for any nation in condition the nation gives us funds.
Keep in mind that stuff like stealing techology, stealing money and commencing coups are something which will not be offered as E.V.I.L will likely commence such acts for themselves.

Sonereal has quit the Setting Sun to assume control of the Brotherhood of the Pacific.
New England's proposal to abolish the Security Council has failed by only three votes, although the SC veto was predicted to scuttle the bill even if it had passed the General Assembly. Meanwhile, the new state of Macedonia has requested admission into the Security Council.
Egyptian parliament relaxes leash on national taxes.
Siamese parliament ends freeze on military expenditures.
Plains parliament ends freeze on military expenditures.
With the White Russians emerging victorious in the civil war, the USSR has been readmitted to the United Nations General Assembly. New Britain's financial aid stabilized Soviet finances and prevented the state's economic collapse, allowing for full and peaceful consolidation. In recognition of the contribution, the Soviets propose a formal non-aggression pact and special trade relations with New Britain. The USSR has also lifted its embargoes against Yamato and Socialist Africa.
Anyway, I've decided to hold off on random events until next year, as I still have to sort out exactly how I'm calculating them in the full order of operations.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have a DYOS to finish.
