Article 1.
The Empire of Japan and the alliance between the Kingdom of Vinland and the United States of America will declare peace, immediately ceasing combat, subterfuge, and all other hostile operations against each others’ nations.
Article 2.
Subsection 1.
The Empire of Japan will cede to the Kingdom of Vinland and the United State of America the mainland portions of Aisuyochi and its adjacent inshore islands.
Subsection 2.
The border between the Kingdom of Vinland and the United States of America in this region will traverse the watershed divide along the height of the Alyeska Range, from Ugashiku Bay in the east to the Copper River in the west. Upon intersecting the Copper River, it will proceed to follow the midpoint of the westernmost branch of the Copper River downstream, to the Pacific Ocean.
Subsection 3.
The border between the United States of America and the Empire of Japan will be the median line through the Unimaku Pass.
Subsection 4.
Sea borders will proceed from the land according to the equidistance principle. The finalized borders are illustrated below.

Article 3.
The Empire of Japan will be permitted to retrieve its citizenry in the region, returning them to its own territory.
Article 4.
In recompense for the lands transferred, the Kingdom of Vinland and the United States of America will each provide 30 EP, paid in annual disbursements of 5 EP, for a total of 60 EP paid over 6 years by the two nations combined.
Article 5.
Vinlandic civilian vessels will have free passage through the Aleutian Archipelago, for commercial purposes.
Article 6.
Vinlandic fishing vessels will be permitted to operate freely according to the same laws applied to United States fishing vessels in the territorial waters around the reconstituted District of Scottson.
