...notices west India man's complete disregard for Hell March. Which is from a series of games where the USSR tries to take over the world. And it's generally consider pec the series main theme.
hence why it fits a whole lot more than that.
A epic peice of music from a game about the USSR( the Bear)taking over the world, or the CIV 4 soundtrack...
