OOC: That they are protestant is all the more reason to make my point to them
oh and immaculate, unless you count a third year uni student as an academic Im not one
, indeed being not so long out of my teens I would sincerely doubt Im qualified as a member of that fraternity (on an aside I do not approve of the exhalted reverence the opinions of academics are given when those opinions are outside of the academic in questions field)

Of course the Holy See understands the a great transition is occuring in your reason, however that a transition is occuring is not a primary cause for the disorder and division but rather its catalyst. Due to the lack of the objective moral and ideational criterion we previously mentioned, the events that occured after the Rhine-Rhone war disrupted the temporal paradigm that existed and created, precisely in the absence of any objective reference or ideational paradigm a great uncertainty, a void in the conception of the french nations who you are and where you are going which has led to the things we noted. Thus again the necessity for unity for a common consensus within your society, and one rooted in firm objective truth, something that can only be provided by the Catholic Faith.
As to changing your nations laws permitting parties inspired by philosophy rooted in religion (the religiously reserved seats in the upper house being irrelevant to us, since our concern is the legitimate part of religion in the socio-political action of the people), we recall that the formula for the prohibition on religiously inspired parties is worded in such a way as to suggest that religion is problematic, revealing to our mind a gravely erroneous secularist reasoning that denies religions legitimate place in society, and seeks to divorce man and law from the law of nature and natures God. Now of course we are glad to hear that Occitania perhaps has moved on to some degree from the godless experiments of the age (experiments which are fundamentally the cause of much of this present ages strife), but we must restate that the necessary reform to allow religiously inspired parties should go ahead, not necessarily instantaneously (the Holy See fully understands that competing ideologies rage in Occitania, that was indicated in our comments regarding the absence of a common ontology) but over time, organically (as the Part of Order seems to value) through appropriate and gradual reform towards the desired end.
