I'm Dutch myself, which means I have far too much knowledge about the Netherlands and know too many Dutchmen to even think about voting for the Netherlands. So for me, this is Mali vs. Rome. Sorry, Mali, your UHV is a neat challenge and I enjoy the underdog position, but against Rome you don't stand a chance.

I don't like aqueduct mission (other buildings are ok) and byzantine spawn but Rome is one of the best civs, in human hand without auto invasion event

france...what you..oh, your king wants something. Nope. not giving. Kings be evil(a very roman sentiment. they hated kings. it was their version of the nazis. to the point that the Emperor was called First Citizen. That said, most emperors were adopted and rarely the direct descendants of their predecessor. The few that were turned out rather badly to boot.)
