Very tough, I have to give the edge to England. The only civ likely to consistently play every continent.
 
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, The Angevin Empire, The British Empire The Indian Empire, The Dominion of Canada, The Dominion of Australia, The Dominion of New Zeeland, The dominion of New Foundland, the Dominion of South Africa, The Empire on which the Sun never sets*, The Electorate of Hanover, the Duchy of Brunswick and Lunenburg, Duchy of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Duchy of Normandy, Duchy of Aquitaine
* and has yet to set on the UK since it stopped setting on it.
 
Drive those snails back. Defeat the House of ValoisBourbonsBonapartewho ever happens to lead France during this time of the war.
 
france england ai sucks; but france playing like a real napoleon, my favourite ai is france
(except their settling problem for denver, this place is historical for them but I never see it )
