This thread isn't about who had the greatest empire, its about who is your favourite civ to play.

Diocletian is right; you can base your vote on anything you consider important. So if you consider the greatest empire important, vote for the greatest empire. If you consider who made the best art the most important, vote for the civ that made your favourite art. If you consider their colour important, vote for the civ that has your favourite colour. If you consider the opinion of the strange voices in your head important, vote for whomever they're telling you to vote for.
