Very nice terms, mythmonster2. So peaceful and quiet in Spudsville and New Eden, and a nice job addressing one of the major deficiencies in Fort Consternation. It's rather appropriate that it was the Great Draught Museum that got demolished to make room for a hospital - Fort Consternation is finally getting to the place that the Great Draught is no longer such a defining moment for its current state.
If you go to your account page, it will list when you joined (you may also have an e-mail from when you signed up). Look at the day within the month, and on that day every month, your bandwidth used is reset to zero. For me, I signed up on the 2nd of a month, so on the second of every month, my bandwidth is reset.
I think Fort Consternation's pollution levels are finally returning to low levels! Kudos to mythmonster2 for continuing that trend!
I agree - Verdant Field looks very posh and sophisticated, with plenty of rain year-round to keep the plants green and growing.
Well looks like I as well reached my photobucket bandwith limit. How can I know when a month has been passed and limit is lifted?

Well well. Looks like you gave me key to heaven. I promise to waste all of that money
btw why does city look so clean? Is it because of your graphic settings?

Wow, Verdant Field has to be one of the nicest looking housing estates I think I've seen, look how green that grass is! (On second thoughts, the fact that it's basking in the glow of a twilight of some kind helps a lot, but still)
I've fixed the front page, too. Thanks for pointing that out, I keep mixing up New Eden with Eden Prime; I don't know why- I've never even played Mass Effect
