As for me... I guess I can't really complain about the votes on me as I usually advocate for lynching someone over not lynching someone. :( Naturally I'd prefer that someone to not be me. But lynching me over lynching no one would be better overall I guess.
 
Hmm. Really, you're ok with being lynched, BSmith? After all, the reason we lynch on day one is to pressure various people and try to distinguish possible tells from their behaviour. If you're Town, there's no gain in getting yourself killed for no good reason.

Instead, you should be telling us who we should be lynching today - someone who's got a higher chance of being a wolf than you. For you, that'd be literally everyone, so convince us.

From the town perspective it is acceptable for an early lynch on a townie given that it provides information that can be used at a later date to effectively narrow down the choices on who is scum. But only if it is done in a way that would provide the maximum amount of information. A huge bandwagon at this stage provides little to no information and allows people to be lazy and effectively hide in plain sight.

I am fine with the self sacrifice, but only if it forces people to make a real decision. Let's at least get a second candidate for the lynch to we have something to balance the first death against.

In this case I think I'm going to go with the later, and much lazier, votes on me as prime candidates. Verarde. remake.

Let's not waste the lynch.

No, not a majority, only nine people. So technically still a plurality. I just don't want to lynch BSmith this early for no reason, because I like playing with him and he's one of the very best players on this site. (Also because we are mafia partners, clearly.)

Ok, I'm really starting to love this day 1 lynch idea now. This is what I call information. Not saying you two are scumpartners necessarily, its far to early to be confident of that, but we're already having real discussion, rather than CFC's usual shitposting and I consider that progress for this town.
 
This is indeed rather unusual. It may have something to do with the arrival of so many filthy gaijin. :p
