OOC: Can we change already posted NP investments? If not, disregard the following.

IC: After careful consideration and with a new perspective on the density of North American territorial claims (OOC: hello California), the Commonwealth of Pulias withdraws its previous claims to Labrador. We reassure our stance on not pursuing any further claims to the North American mainland other than our now slightly reduced claim to the Dominion of Newfoundland.

The cult does not understand, neither does it comprehend why is Pulias expanding within Canada, righteous territory of all Americans, when you can reign freely in France and Scandinavia. I would like to call upon all Americans to support my claim to Newfoundland, citing the Monroe's doctrine of non-intervention of Europeans within strictly American matters.

The Commonwealth of Pulias has after private negotiations with the Blue Oyster Cult agreed to acknowledge that the cult's claims to Newfoundland will take precedence over our own. We therefore amend our claims as follows.
