Of course I should have known, snow in Spanish is 'nieve'. For a second I thought maybe it was 'psychic' in French, but I guess 'White Psychic' would sound weird in any language.

No, he wasn't. In DP's "Nagged", he superimposes the woman's head onto the mounty, that's probably what confused you. :)
 
Yeah thats it. I was annoyed that I wasnt able to submit anything for the Mountie picture (modem problems) so I tried to work the Mountie into the current round.
