You do not call the African Federation an attempt to find African peace? Mr. Kaneda (OOC: doesn't this guy have a first name?), has there been any attack on Nigeria ever since the recent change in government?
I'll concede the point on the apology, but if apologies had any effect and purpose, the police would have no use in this world.
I ask myself that question, Mr. Kaneda, I do. And do you want to know the answer? It is because the transfer of government did not go through some bloody long drawn-out war. Fighting some great revolution isn't the only way to create change, Mr. Kaneda. As a matter of fact, I do believe that fighting for peace is like having sex for virginity.
You question whether things have not changed. How about the fact that with the changes in government, the African people are willing to work harder in their jobs? That they now work, to better their own lot and to further develop their nation?
Just because your own nation went through the horrid trauma of your extremist reforms, it doesn't mean that everyone has policies as ineffective as yours.

World Weekly News - July 18th, 1967
World War Four breaks out in North America and Africa
It is official. World War IV, predicted by many, has broken out around the world. Most of the nations are involved, and some of the bloodiest fighting that anybody has seen since the likes of World War II are occurring. But, for the most part, it is conventional warfare, for the time being. As the pollution from World War III, the deadly Nuclear Exchange, continues to recede, the fighting from World War 4 is breaking out in the rubble. There is a lot of fighting around the world, so WWN will bring you exclusive coverage from all of the world's hotspots. Please keep in mind that the information is the best that we have, it might be propagated one way or another depending on our sources, but the WWN is committed to high-quality, unbiased coverage, and that is what we try to bring you.
The North American War
This is the bloodiest of the wars occurring around the world, and the most interesting. The Russians have established the People's Republic of America, the PRA, and have promised to hold elections in 6 months. Amazingly, it seems that they are actually intent on holding elections, and will allow all political ideologies to vote. They have gotten the IC involved, and are making voting lists. Of course, the American Government refuses to believe this, and are telling all Americans not to listen to the "Communist oppressors", and to "resist the Communists to gain back your freedoms!" The Russians have countered this with, typically, an intense propaganda campaign, telling Americans that they have been "liberated from their Fascist Oppressors", and that "America is, for the first time, a totally free and equal society". This was quite mystifying since the USA was never a Fascist nation, save for a couple months after World War III. Presently, they do have a dictatorship, but only because the Russians Mousepoxed the American Government, save for the Vice President, who managed to escape, and is the ruler of the USA. The second message, about America being free and equal, was also mystifying, because America was a free and equal society before, and now they are less free, living in a war-zone, with curfews, bombings, and the like.
Regarding the Military Operations, it is becoming apparent that weven the huge JCF force, with 1.2 million plus soldiers, cannot conquer America. The Russians, who are managing to keep a lid on things, and prevent a full-fledged revolt, are clearly in need of more troops, and such. The American Patriot resistance movement, while it alone cannot defeat the Russians, is managing to score against the Russian troops unaccustomed to the American Guerilla warfare. The Russians are training their troops how to deal with the Patriots, but the Patriots are many, and the American Government, what is left of it, has been quite effective at arming the American populance. We estimate that there are between 6 and 7.5 Million of the Patriots, and they have been armed with the knowledge of how to make crude bombs, grenades, and rifles and guns. The USA has managed to pull together a coalition of nations that support it, and, coordinating with those nations, has created armies in Quebec and Acadia to counter-invade the Russian-occupied USA. Those armies have met with some moderate success, as the Russians are quickly learning that 1.2 million soldiers are nowhere near enough to occupy and pacify the USA. While the forces that the Americans managed to bring around are not enough to liberate the USA, between the Joint Democratic Alliance Forces, the JDAF, and the American Patriots, the Russian forces are facing a very tough time in the USA indeed. They have the upper hand in the way of experience in battle, and numbers of troops. But, the Americans still are not gone yet. As the map shows, from the best information that we have, the Americans still control a small chunk in the middle of the USA, where they managed to build defensive fortifications, and, along witrh their ring of powerful anti-air guns that have downed many Russian planes The CER tried to take this battery out with ICBMs, and managed to destroy some of the massive guns, but not enough. Apparently these guns have a limited anti-ICBM capability.
At sea, meanwhile, the Russians continued to whittle away at the remainder of the American Naval Fleet, with few losses to the Russian fleet, as the Americans seem to be having troubles coordinating with their naval commanders.
Regarding casualties, we have no firm numbers, indeed, in a war like this, it is impossible to gauge how many have died on both sides. Especially since we do not have exact numbers as to how many troops that the USA had left to begin with, nor how many American Patriots there are. What we are proving you with, readers, is estimates of the casualties, and we, of course, have no idea how many American Civilians have been killed in the cross-fire.

In Central America, Colombia decided to attack and invade Belize, Guetemala, and Mexico. This apparently was in coordination with the Americans. Colombian successfully "liberated" Belize and Guetemala, and are occupying those two nations, but ran out of steam in Mexico. The CER retaliated not with force, as they are quite tied up in the USA, but with ICBMs filled with a version of Mousepox that does not kill, but rather cripples whomever it hits, and acts faster the regular mousepox. Roughly 10 of these ICBMs were flung at Colombia, mainly at populated areas, and this has caused a crisis in Colombia, as millions of Colombians are now crippled due to this variant of mousepox. The hospitals in Colombia are over-whelmed with patients, and it looks like a major humaintarian crisis might be developing in Colombia. In response to the Colombia invasion, a left-wing insurgency, calling themselves the "FARC" has started in the East of Colombia, and, in former Panama, the PLF, or the Panama Liberation Front has began another insurgency campaign. In an emergency sesion, apparently fearful of the CER reaction to the invasion of Communist nations, voted to expel Colombia from SADETO, right after they let Colombia into SADETO.

Madgascar invaded by both CU and Malaysia!
In a very strange twist of events, both the Commonwealth Union and Malaysia sent forces to invade and annex Madgascar. Their combined force easily crushed the Madgascarian Military, and then their generals agreed to split the island between them, so that roughly 1/3 of the Island went to Malaysia, and the other 2/3 went to the CU. Truth me told, the Madgascarian people were happy to finally not be under the control of their dictator, whom it is not being discovered regularly tortured and terrified his people for many years. Some were protesting though, but these protests were silenced quickly and efficiently by the well-trained armies of Malaysia and the CU. The official reason given for this by Malaysia at least is that madgascar had a hand in the Nuclear Radiation Bomb attack on Kuala Lumpur, and released documents that seemed to indicate that this was true. No reason was given by the CU Government as to why this occurred, other them to "liberate the madgascari people from the oppression of their cruel dictator".

Pope Assasinated!
In another quite unusual move, and unknown group has assassinated His Holiness, the Pontiff of the Roman Catholic Church. The assassination occurred while His Holiness was making his weekly tour and speech through the streets of Barcelona. The likeliest group to have done this would be the UIA, but there is no confirmation from anybody as to who did this. Spanish Police are investigating. The Roman Catholic Church has been thrown into a bit of chaos surrounding this event, and it is expected that it will be a bit of time before a new Pope is chosen. Nobody has claimed responsibility for this incident either.
"UIA Provocateurs in CER!" claim CER Officials
Earlier this Month you might remember some stories about some unrest in CER cities. Well, just today, we have an update on that situation. The CER released some documents and statements earlier today claiming that the violence and gang wars in those cities had been the work of agents. The KGB managed to capture some of these agents, and, in an unprecedented move, held a news conference in which they showed a video tape of one of claimed agents dressed in arabic clothing, speaking in arabia, claiming that he was an agent from the UIA meant to stir up trouble in the CER. No military reaction has come from the CER yet, but, given the history of the CER, we can be sure that they will react. Nobody from the UIA was willing to comment yet on the issue.
Man-made Tsunamis devastate parts of India and CER!
Details of what occurred remain sketchy, but what we know is that an unknown group managed to plant and detonate several large Nuclear Devices. Experts say that the weapons were probably of the 50 Megaton range. These weapons were detonated off the coast in India and North-Western Russia, in the ocean, as to cause large Tsunami-like waves to crash into and devastate India and Russia. In Russia, these weapons did not do that much damage, since the waves hit Siberia, which is mostly uninhabited, except for some military bases. In India, however, the damage was extensive. We do not yet know the extent of the damage, but we know that hundreds of thousands have died from these huge waves. Ceylon was especially badly hit, and several large Indian coastal cities, which are quite crowded, and many millions live in them, have been extensively damaged. These Nuclear blasts have also set off a series of earthquakes around the Indian Subcontinent, some as large as 7 or 8 on the Ritcher scale, and the Earthquakes, which have been continuing for some time, have been greately hampering relief and rescue efforts by the indian Government. The Indian Government declared a state of emergency, and sent the military in to help. We do not know how many of these nuclear devices went off, we think that there might have been as many as 20. they were placed to optimize damage, and were delivered by submarines. The estimated death toll is 350,000 civilians, but that number is expected to increase a lot in the coming days. Responsibility for this horrendous act has been claimed by the ACL, the Anti-Communist league. Hours after this event occurred, a message from that group claiming responsibility was broadcast over several international radio stations. Surprisingly, none of the radio transmissions occurred in Communist countries. If the ACL indeed was behind this, this will be the single largest, and deadliest Terrorist Act in the history of man. The waves did not just impact India, however, some continued, and caused damage in parts of Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Afghanistan, the NKE, Somalia, Oman, Japan, and United Korea. The damage is extensive, and this event has contaminated much of the water surrounding India and Western Russia. The earthquakes are continuing, and scientists say that the earth is "ringing like a bell" after this incident. No reaction yet from the Indian and CER Government, but we are assured that it will likely be a harsh reaction against the ACL, and their benefactors.

More bad news concerning India - VX!
To add insult to injury, an unknown group has managed to sneak some VX gas into India, and detonate it. The Gas was in a container marked as being Curry, according to indian officials, and was legitimately marked on a Freighter from a destination not disclosed by authorities. The Freighter was registered in Japan, but obviously that doesn't mean that the Frieghter came from Japan. The VX, after being unloaded from the Freighter, was driven to the city of Bangalore, and detonated throughout the city, attached to a series of bombs. We have reports that Indian officials have captured some suspects, but the Indian Government refused to comment on that, only saying that the "perpetrators will be taken care of". This very deadly gas has killed thousands in Bangalore, and the city is under quarantine. VX is, as you might know, a very deadly nerve agent, as little as 10 mg can kill a person. Unfortunately, the indian Government did not have the auto-injectors for this Agent, so the death toll, which has not been released, its staggering. The attack came shortly after the Tsunamis, but it was shipped into the country before the Tsunamis hit.
ACL claims credit for Tsunamis, VX attacks on India, Russia
In a statement today, the Anti-Communist League, or ACL, has claimed credit for the Tsunamis and VX attacks in India, and Asia. These attacks have killed hundreds of thousands, probably over 500,000 at the minimum, and are the deadliest that a terrorist organization has ever done. Some wonder if the ACL has the ability to carry out these attacks, as their level of sofistication implies that a nation was helping the ACL. Nonetheless, soon after news of these attacks became known, nations of all political stripes acted with anger against the ACL, and promised to "flesh out terrorists who willingly kill so many innocents". Indeed, it looks as if any nation who is supporting the ACL shall find themselves at the wrath of the CC, if not the world, for these terrible acts which were done.
UIA-Spanish war continues, goes Biological!
And now, to the African conflicts encompassing World War Four. First, we go to the continuing battle between the UIA and Spain for control of Northern Africa. The UIA executed 10,000 of their 50,000 Spanish Infantry that they are holding hostage, and made a video of it, which they released to various news agencies. To add insult to injury, they snuck several flights into parts of Spain, where they dumped some of the corpses among some Spanish cities. This has had the effect of rallying the Spanish people behind Franco, as he made a declaration shortly afterwards that said that this act of cruelty shows that the UIA is nothing but a bunch of barbarians, and that Spain needs to be strong and united to defeat the evil UIA. Even some Muslims agree with this, and there have been a variety of anti-UIA protests and pro-Franco protests throughout Spain. Even some Muslims took part.
Regarding the UIA-Spanish war, either the Spanish or the Muslims somehow got hold of Anthrax, and used it against each other. We are not sure who got hold of it, but all signs point to the Spanish. What happened is that somehow, bombs attached to anthrax canisters were set off at just the right moment when the wind was blowing in the direction of the huge UIA armies. This, along with more canisters that somehow detonated among UIA troop concentrations, led to panic and pandemoniom among the UIA lines. Then, just at that momeny, the Spanish attacked. The Spanish say that the UIA released the anthrax, but this is totally illogical, as it was set off just as the winds were blowing at the UIA army. Also, clearly, the Spanish coordinated when the canisters went off, and their big offensive. They managed to gain quite a lot of ground, and pushed back the UIA, who were trying to re-organize themselves, back a fair ways before the UIA started fighting back, and things resorted back to their usual standstill. The UIA did managed to advance a bit in the South, but it was the Spanish which, at the end of the day, won.
In one last bit of news concerning the UIA and Spain, Spain tried to attack the Royal Palace of Libyan leader moammar Ghadaffi, but the plot failed. They were stopped by the Palace Guards, and, in the resulting shoot-out, Ghadaffi escaped. All of the Spanish Special Forces sent to kill the Leader were summarily shot, and their bodies paraded around Libya.

Earlier this Month you might remember some stories about some unrest in CER cities. Well, just today, we have an update on that situation. The CER released some documents and statements earlier today claiming that the violence and gang wars in those cities had been the work of agents. The KGB managed to capture some of these agents, and, in an unprecedented move, held a news conference in which they showed a video tape of one of claimed agents dressed in arabic clothing, speaking in arabia, claiming that he was an agent from the UIA meant to stir up trouble in the CER. No military reaction has come from the CER yet, but, given the history of the CER, we can be sure that they will react. Nobody from the UIA was willing to comment yet on the issue.
Man-made Tsunamis devastate parts of India and CER!
Details of what occurred remain sketchy, but what we know is that an unknown group managed to plant and detonate several large Nuclear Devices. Experts say that the weapons were probably of the 50 Megaton range. These weapons were detonated off the coast in India and North-Western Russia, in the ocean, as to cause large Tsunami-like waves to crash into and devastate India and Russia. In Russia, these weapons did not do that much damage, since the waves hit Siberia, which is mostly uninhabited, except for some military bases. In India, however, the damage was extensive. We do not yet know the extent of the damage, but we know that hundreds of thousands have died from these huge waves. Ceylon was especially badly hit, and several large Indian coastal cities, which are quite crowded, and many millions live in them, have been extensively damaged. These Nuclear blasts have also set off a series of earthquakes around the Indian Subcontinent, some as large as 7 or 8 on the Ritcher scale, and the Earthquakes, which have been continuing for some time, have been greately hampering relief and rescue efforts by the indian Government. The Indian Government declared a state of emergency, and sent the military in to help. We do not know how many of these nuclear devices went off, we think that there might have been as many as 20. they were placed to optimize damage, and were delivered by submarines. The estimated death toll is 350,000 civilians, but that number is expected to increase a lot in the coming days. Responsibility for this horrendous act has been claimed by the ACL, the Anti-Communist league. Hours after this event occurred, a message from that group claiming responsibility was broadcast over several international radio stations. Surprisingly, none of the radio transmissions occurred in Communist countries. If the ACL indeed was behind this, this will be the single largest, and deadliest Terrorist Act in the history of man. The waves did not just impact India, however, some continued, and caused damage in parts of Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Afghanistan, the NKE, Somalia, Oman, Japan, and United Korea. The damage is extensive, and this event has contaminated much of the water surrounding India and Western Russia. The earthquakes are continuing, and scientists say that the earth is "ringing like a bell" after this incident. No reaction yet from the Indian and CER Government, but we are assured that it will likely be a harsh reaction against the ACL, and their benefactors.

More bad news concerning India - VX!
To add insult to injury, an unknown group has managed to sneak some VX gas into India, and detonate it. The Gas was in a container marked as being Curry, according to indian officials, and was legitimately marked on a Freighter from a destination not disclosed by authorities. The Freighter was registered in Japan, but obviously that doesn't mean that the Frieghter came from Japan. The VX, after being unloaded from the Freighter, was driven to the city of Bangalore, and detonated throughout the city, attached to a series of bombs. We have reports that Indian officials have captured some suspects, but the Indian Government refused to comment on that, only saying that the "perpetrators will be taken care of". This very deadly gas has killed thousands in Bangalore, and the city is under quarantine. VX is, as you might know, a very deadly nerve agent, as little as 10 mg can kill a person. Unfortunately, the indian Government did not have the auto-injectors for this Agent, so the death toll, which has not been released, its staggering. The attack came shortly after the Tsunamis, but it was shipped into the country before the Tsunamis hit.
ACL claims credit for Tsunamis, VX attacks on India, Russia
In a statement today, the Anti-Communist League, or ACL, has claimed credit for the Tsunamis and VX attacks in India, and Asia. These attacks have killed hundreds of thousands, probably over 500,000 at the minimum, and are the deadliest that a terrorist organization has ever done. Some wonder if the ACL has the ability to carry out these attacks, as their level of sofistication implies that a nation was helping the ACL. Nonetheless, soon after news of these attacks became known, nations of all political stripes acted with anger against the ACL, and promised to "flesh out terrorists who willingly kill so many innocents". Indeed, it looks as if any nation who is supporting the ACL shall find themselves at the wrath of the CC, if not the world, for these terrible acts which were done.
UIA-Spanish war continues, goes Biological!
And now, to the African conflicts encompassing World War Four. First, we go to the continuing battle between the UIA and Spain for control of Northern Africa. The UIA executed 10,000 of their 50,000 Spanish Infantry that they are holding hostage, and made a video of it, which they released to various news agencies. To add insult to injury, they snuck several flights into parts of Spain, where they dumped some of the corpses among some Spanish cities. This has had the effect of rallying the Spanish people behind Franco, as he made a declaration shortly afterwards that said that this act of cruelty shows that the UIA is nothing but a bunch of barbarians, and that Spain needs to be strong and united to defeat the evil UIA. Even some Muslims agree with this, and there have been a variety of anti-UIA protests and pro-Franco protests throughout Spain. Even some Muslims took part.
Regarding the UIA-Spanish war, either the Spanish or the Muslims somehow got hold of Anthrax, and used it against each other. We are not sure who got hold of it, but all signs point to the Spanish. What happened is that somehow, bombs attached to anthrax canisters were set off at just the right moment when the wind was blowing in the direction of the huge UIA armies. This, along with more canisters that somehow detonated among UIA troop concentrations, led to panic and pandemoniom among the UIA lines. Then, just at that momeny, the Spanish attacked. The Spanish say that the UIA released the anthrax, but this is totally illogical, as it was set off just as the winds were blowing at the UIA army. Also, clearly, the Spanish coordinated when the canisters went off, and their big offensive. They managed to gain quite a lot of ground, and pushed back the UIA, who were trying to re-organize themselves, back a fair ways before the UIA started fighting back, and things resorted back to their usual standstill. The UIA did managed to advance a bit in the South, but it was the Spanish which, at the end of the day, won.
In one last bit of news concerning the UIA and Spain, Spain tried to attack the Royal Palace of Libyan leader moammar Ghadaffi, but the plot failed. They were stopped by the Palace Guards, and, in the resulting shoot-out, Ghadaffi escaped. All of the Spanish Special Forces sent to kill the Leader were summarily shot, and their bodies paraded around Libya.

And, finally, here is the last story concerning World War Four. And, like all others, it involves yet more war, blood, and WMDs being fired around the world. The African Federation launched the single biggest Biological Attack in the History of mankind, launching more then 130 ICBMs loaded with the deadly nerve agent VX at Communist Coalition cities, and about 5 more with Nuclear Weapons attached at Communist Coalition cities as well. If all had gone to plan, then mass death would have taken place in many CC cities. but, things, thankfully, did not go to plan. The CER had secretely developed, thankfully, an anti-ICBM Shield, which went into action. As coon as the CER learned of the attacks, they launched all of their about 180 anti-ICBM missiles. These missiles, the first of their kind in the world, are specially dsigned missiles meant to shoot down ICBMs, and have a fairly large success rate. This was the first time that these new type of missiles have been used, and the effect is amazing. They shot down over 90 of the AF ICBMs. But, about 40 of these deadly ICBMs made it through the Russian anti-ICBM cloud, and struck at CC cities, with tragic effects. Nuclear weapons destroyed a military base in Mexico, and another in Korea. VX ICBMs detonated in the following cities, with tragic consequences: Prague, Kirov, Chihuahua, Mexico City, La Paz, Patna, Sofia, Tianjin, Wonsan, Brisbane, Sydney, and Thai Nguyen. Other locations were hit, but these were mostly rural locations. All being told, the death toll is in the millions from this strike, and, without the Russian anti-ICBM missiles, it would have been much higher. All the areas were quarantined, but little else could be done for the victims of this terrible tragedy, as the automatic anti-injector is not a technology that the CC has.

Nigeria was thrown into a panic, as millions died from the intense VX Rocket strikes. Then, the RSA Forces moved in, virtually unopposed, as Nigeria was in chaos. It had been hit by so much VX that millions were dying, the Government was missing, and well, chaos reigned. Nigeria is now part of the AF, well, what is left that is. Nigeria is probably one of the worst places in the world to live, having been hit by 3 nuclear strikes, then untold doxens of conventional ICBM strikes before that, and now hundreds of strikes with the deadly VX gas. The survivors are being helped by the AF forces, given the automatice auto-intector that can stop the spread of VX, but the death toll is staggering. The Nigerian army, which had planned for a major push against the AF forces, was crippled. The AF actually, in an ironic move, came in and took many of the new Nigerian tanks, and the like.

CER arrests Brazilians, cracks down on ACL
Inside the CER, all those who are Brazilians, or related to Brazil have been arrested, and have had their houses searched, apparently because the Russian Government thought that the small number of Brazilian Nationals living in the CER might have connections to terror organizations. No documents or other terrorist-related paraphanalia was found. The Brazilians were eventually let go, and they all mostly fled back to Brazil, scared for their lives. many other foreign nationals from other nations kept a close eye on this, and some decided to flee the country, afraid that the feared Russian Security Services will randomly burst into their homes, arrest them, and search their houses as well. Large numbers of Foreign Nationals have not fled the CER, but many are nervous now, wondering if the MVD is done with their seemingly random searches. In other news, the Russian Government has arrested and seccussefully prosecuted many members of the political party that the ACL, the Anti-Communist League established in the CER, and sentenced them mostly to death, or life in prison, on charges of espionage. The trials were relatively fair and free, which is suprising, as the norm in Russia used to be secret military trials.
Sweden stops invasion of Denmark
Sweden halted their surpsing invasion of Denmkar, withdrew their forces. The Swedish people were still very angry at their Government, but stopped protesting, for the time being. The Swedish Government then started a series of militarty-orientated propaganda campaigns which totally backfired, as the very peaceful Swedish people are very adverse to anything military-related, especially military parades, and propaganda. The Swedish opposition party is currently very high in the polls, and there are unconfirmed rumours that if the Government doesn't stop their series of debacles, that there might be revolts, or riots.
India undergoes a series of Social Reforms
In a somewhat ironic twist of fate, when the Tsunamis hit, the India Government was undergoing a series of Social Reforms, which were having a very positive effect upon india until the massive waves, and then Earthquakes hit. Copying China's example, India was creating Special Economic Zones across India, and undergoing a very successful program to attract Foreign Investment to India. In fact, before the Tsunamis/Earthquakes, India's sluggish economy was beginning to increase. The Government also started an equalization program, which, in the eyes of the law, many all the various ethnic groups equal, and legislated an end to the old caste system in india. Freedom of Religion was also legislated in, as well as a brutal crackdown on Corruption, in which some very corrupt officials were executed. Among other changes, the no-Muslim policy is continuing, with anything Muslim banned in India, and Hindus repopulating the areas in which Muslims used to live. All the reforms boosted the Indian economy enough so that the Indian economy feel only a couple levels. In a sign of goodwill, the UIA announced that they will not be demanding the remaining 2 eco for the repayment that the UIA demanded out of india after the brutal UIA-India war. More international aid is expected to arrive to assist the Indians rebuild their shattered coastline.
North Vietnamese crackdown on pro-Democracy Activists
North Vietnam has done what many suspected they would do - a harsh crackdown against the "pro-Democracy terrorists". The full force of the North Vietnamese army went into effect, and brutally crushed the protests and demonstrations, and jailed many hundreds of dissidents. The protests have been crushed, and that is that, according to the Government, whom accusses South Vietnam of supporting the pro-Democracy protesters. South Vietnam denies the charge.
DemoFascism becomes the new norm in South America!
In South America, there is a new word on everybody's lips - DemoFascism. This new style of Government is becoming increasingly popular in that continent, and, following the example of Brazil, more and more countries are implementing it. In these past 6 Months, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, and Chile have adopted it, and others are interested as well. This system is a combination between Democracy, and Fascism, and has been fairly successful in Brazil, which is why South American, and perhaps other, countries are interested in it.

The Russian KGB is begining an investigation into the terrorist attack. Every nation is hereby required to submit to a complete KGB investigation and to aid the KGB in any and all forms possible. Any nation refusing this is considered to be aiding terrorists, an enemy of Russia, and will be attacked using any and all weapons Russia posesses, including, but not limited to use of biological, chemical, and nuclear weapons.
The Russian Foreign Ministry awaits reply from all nations. Any nation who does not submit to an investigation within 6 months will be destroyed.

As of now Russia is in a state of war against Argentina.
