@ Whomp - There were only 2 of the images you sent me that IMHO could be used as Avatars. The majority of them were too corrupted by the time I shrunk them to the 70x70 limit. I did a few of the Aurora at different levels of magnification... I personally really like these.

Not an Av request, but since you've done Logos in the past I'd like our local artists to take a crack at this.
I need to create a Banner/Logo, roughly 100X500pixels, to represent my newest creative Idea:
THE DEATHMAZE
I've started this bizzare Idea of mine at annother Forum, and need a nice flashy banner to go with it. The banner should feature either the letters "DM" interlinked with each other, or just "The Deathmaze". Either way, the Text should have a metalic appearance and be in a very shrap font. (Preferably with some kind of flame effect) The background would be a darker metalic surface, which cuts of at about the halfway point of the banner to a dark, stormy horizon. (Preferably with sparse lightning)
The overall themes to it should be the Dark tone, illuminated by the Flame/Lightning. (one or both)
Let's see what you can come up with...
