External Consulate T4 D2- Byzantine Embassy?

i was just looking over the game stats i have posted in my gov. thread and noticed we don't have an embassy with the Byzantines. since i don't think we'll be pushing into their territory any time soon or ever this might be a good idea. it will help us get a better idea of how their doing and get them happier. if you guys agree, i'll put up a request in the budget thread. i'll also put a poll soon.

I've got us doing a luxury trade with the Byzantines. Actually, they're getting a luxury. Thus, happiness isn't an issue. Plus, we really have no need for their information. We can take anyone who dares invade us; military alliances and right of passages are useless. What are they going to do if we viiolate their territory, cancel their luxury and declare war on us?...
