External Consulate T4 D8- What to do with France?

ok, we are now at war with France and they are really weak. to the best of my knowledge they have 2-3 cities left. if we kill them, then we make sure they can't turn anyone against us in the future and will leave basically a dead man's zone, between Gordium and Maya/Byz. borders. this will give us a nice little area where we can rack up unit kills. what do you think? poll will be up soon.
