Uh, Wei-Yan, I'm sorry, but I can't understand what you are saying. Are you talking about conquering the Polynesians? If so, I might have to move their city on Borneo to Austrailia, which would be very innacurate. If anyone has any other ideas I'll gladly consider them.
 
I'm not french, but I agree with the French people. You really need france to make the scenario complete. Just expand europe a tad, like Rhye did with his map, and shrink the rest of the world. If you have c3 or c3c, I recommend downloading Rhye's of Conquest or whatever its called these days and playing it. Should give you some handy ideas :P

I was saying that even as 2nd weakist civ i conquerd them how about replacing them with mongolia?
 
Oh, thanks Wei-Yan. Your advice is always great. And about France, would it be fair to include a France with absolutely no place to put a third city? Their growth would be stalled, and make european diplomacy largely run by the Spanish and Viking powerhouses, instead of England and Germany.
 
Perhaps you could place a French city in Northern Africa and move the other Mali city father south (into the Sahel region).

I fully reccomend downloading civarmy's Next Level Mod even if you have no interest in this scenario because it provides new civilizations with 3-D figureheads that (IMO) look better than the in-game ones, despite being non-moving, a barrier that no one has been able to cross as of yet, and the unique units are very well incorporated.

Would people be alright with me removing Germany to include France? I really believe it can't work if Europe becomes too crowded. Or maybe I should remove England? I personally think removing England is dumb, but you can guys can tell me what you want.

If you were to remove any civilization (God forbid) on the European Continent, you might want to consider Scandinavia as its impact (I personally believe) on history was not as great as that of France. Or, if you feel as though the Scandinavians are too important, perhaps the Romans could be deleted and Rome itself could be made into Germany's second city (Wouldn't be too historically inaccurate as the Germanic Holy Roman Empire was the protector of the city for a time). And, if this course of action was taken, the Greeks could be added in as well to provide a check against Ottoman power in the Balkans.
 
Hey hey! Re-inventing history? I agree with you people who would love to have france in the map, i actually do, but it would be a bit disgusting to get rid of any other civ already in the map! And Rome deleted and added to Germany??? It would be like deleting Rome, a quarter of france and holland and giving it to spain. Rome (Italy) has a too important history to do so! If it was once a part of another empire it doen't mean it deserves to be deleted.

The best solution would be to "reshape" Europe. Giving France a city into Africa wouldn't be too realistic. For god sake france is not in the midle of the Sahara! The iberic peninsula and france are too small, it is not proportioned with the terrain that other civs have. The same with the italic peninsula. Europe is not well balanced compared to other continents. I understand it is complicated to do so, though.
