Ok, back to 40's :) And this time it's a very successful german fighter aircraft - Focke-Wolf 190 A8 , one of the best fighters of it's generation. There were also a fightger-bomber modification, so it can be used as such in the game.
note: though on render there is no propeller, it is present in the game , and even spins :)

update : i'm very sorry, i've made a mistake and uploaded wrong zip archive, that was missing some files for proper propeller display, now everything is correct.

Looks cool, but really dumb question (that I keep on getting asked in the genreal questions thread) is that how do I put this into the game? I need someone who actually knows to answer, and my hmming and hawing won't do much good.

Whoo man! You're just pumping them out like there's no tomorrow. :) Another great one :goodjob:

I know this thread is old. Ive been putting in a lot of units and Im down to about 4 problems. 2 of them involve this unit and also the chinese version of the P40. The problem Im having is that the units show up but theyre wings and tail fins are pink. Any suggestions? Here is my art defines entrys. i renamed the p40 to chinafighter. I renamed all the files, I know this is not advised but I did it.

Pink color on model - no texture found. Copy fighter256.dds and other CivIV Fighter textures to this unit folder, plus check all original textures(unpack P-40 archive and compare folders for missed .dds).
