A very nice tech icon. We can never have enough good tech icons as the techtree is the backbone for the mods and scenarios. The techicons inspire modmakers and improve the fun in playing Civ. I think William GBTW is doing a new techicons library ( http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=167306 ).
 
Now, did you make this ina 3d program or just find an image on el web and convert it?

I thought about modelling it, but I needed a picture or two to base the model off of. Then, I found this picture, thought it looked good enough, altered it somewhat in Photoshop, and created the icon.
 
That reminds me of a great Clive Barker story from the Books of Blood. :)

Well, the arrows represent troop movements in the mind of the army leader or whoever . . . at least to me.
