New Tech! - Iconoclasm

This is a tech i made specificly with R8XFT's new Anno Domini project in mind.
the idea being that this would be a great flavour tech for the Byzantines.

Iconoclasm is the destruction of religious icons and other symbols or monuments,
usually for religious or political motives.

During the 8th and 9th century there was a massive iconoclast movement.

thanks i was reading a book all about Charlemagne, and there was a
lot about the iconoclast period. then when there was all that disscution
about R8XFT's work on Anno, i thought it might come in handy.

but even if he doesn't use it, i know i sure will.
really for any mod in the middle ages, it's a good thing to have.
however, i wouldn't have it required for era advancement, just a flavour.
