CITY VIEW BUILDINGS - CONVERSIONS FOR CIVILIZATION III

these building packs are used for the city view in earlier versions of civ3 and i maked three conversions packs of them. you can use it for a generic building or perhaps for a police station, hospital, stock market or for a concern building.

These are good, they would represent any kind of modern group very nicely. They do look a bit weird on the grass backgrounds of course. Hey - those skyscrapers got no roads going to them, who's gonna go there?

Wow, looks great! But are you sure the top left one from the first pack isn't used in Civ3 too? I'm sure I saw it somewhere. :)

i have no idea, you can find the original files here:

You get a gold star!

...

For stealing models from Sim City!

At least give credit where credit is due man!

Hey, all I'm asking is when you use an outside source you at least SAY SO, so you dont get caught with you pants down. Look at it this way, if someone stole a custom leader head from another user and claimed it as their own, that would be a problem (Just to give an example of what I mean).

Simple problem, Simple solution.

Having taken a good long look at the lower regions of taube87 I believe that we can come to the conclusion that his pants are most definately in the 'up', or 'high' position, rather than the purported 'down' or 'low' position. Indeed, they are so up that it almost looks like someone has given him a wedgie.

OTOH, Fire_Storm's pants are now somewhere around the ankle region.

a simple solution, for you, Fire_Storm :mischief:

BTW, welcome to CFC! ;)

Boy, I miss the city view...

Some day in the far future, when I've finished my Greek scenario, I'll have a use for these as city (or "building") improvements in a scenario I was working on back in "the day" (actually, I was still actively working on it about 1/2 a year ago, I just stopped to focus on Ancient Greece.)
