Well, the torpedo attack doesn't work well with surface ships. I've tried it out and the result was weird! So I changed the project to a small destroyer.

thanks to Chamaedrys now the ww1 armada is complete!and the quality is one of the best units i ve ever seen so far!the gap now between the ironclad and the modern destroyer is complete!what tech do you consider appropriate for the ww1 destroyer plus the ww1 cruiser to be available and thus,the modern destroyer(firaxis)?i think the ww1 destroyer+cruiser should be available with electricity and combustion.
