Civ Army you do really great work. Do you have a step by step tutorial on how you do them, or can you make one?

I'm trying to get into making leaderheads but I have no idea how to add clothes, hair, accessories and stuff.

I know good tutorials on the tutorial area, try one of them, I'm sure u'll like it

I tried 2 of them but I can't even get past the 2nd step. Both seem to fail to explain how to use the application in the first place, and there seems to be absolutely NO good tutorials online that I can find to explain the details of the program. The ones I do go by stop short of what I need, plus what I do follow doesn't go how it's supposed to. In other words, if I follow putting conforming clothing down to the letter, it still looks all chopped up (even with the scale properly adjusted) in a mixed mess with the fugure. Then the same for the Face. I used the face room to make my characters face look real like the character, but as soon as I "apply to figure" it just creates an ugly mask like thing that looks nothing like what I just made in the face room. What gives?

This is really frustrating and I'm begginning to regret ever having gotten this program!
