It occurred to me how to implement NMRing in Risk: remove an attack for every specific amount of time after the deadline that an order set is late, down to zero attacks. Since attack is better than defense, this is a strong and appropriate penalty for exceptionally late senders.

Now I can update. And I'm still missing Comrades and Narwhals orders.

Narwhals has been taken over by j_eps.
Islamists traded for 4 extra reinforcements.
The battle around Greenland was quite hilarious. First the 6 Photon Rain attackers from Iceland managed to beat the 8 Narwhal attackers by 8-3 in the border clash (despite being the traditional Narwhal home waters). Then the lone Narwhal defender managed to fight off the 3+1 Photon Rain attackers from Iceland and NWT, leaving the situation at 1-1 across the border. Before the tactical move anyway.
