Ah. Well, if it's hypocritical to not make a good faith gesture with no assurance whatsoever of reciprocation (you will notice that although I invaded Europe, he also invaded Africa, and due to the nature of conditional orders, must have resolved to do so anyway), then I suppose I would rather be a hypocrite instead of a complete fraking moron, which is what it would take to make that kind of leap of faith (while giving them a huge military advantage).
