And thus it's game over. I must commend j_eps, a really well played game all the way through.

On the last turn, Elite Ops traded for 4 extra reinforcements, Bazooka Joe for 14 and Greenadiers for 8.

Offenses:
Yellow team sent orders too late, and two of their attacks were removed (Damocles' sword).

VICTORY FOR GREENADIERS!

Go last minute team!

 I looked at the screenshot and pressed the "OK" button

And no offense blue, but no attack on Japan? What was up with that? You could've hit Japan and surge attacked Hawaii! Sweet heyzeus you would've won the game for us.

Good game, fool. I think your betrayal completely made the Brigade falter, and after that it was no wonder we lost. D:

When is the next game starting? I reckon we should try a Team Risk, if it even exists... If that's not possible, I'd like to try Mission.

Are you up for it, Niklas?

You have an NA diplo map?

As in, for Diplomacy?

I'll host it! :p

Because, I passed the "try to collect capitals" stage after turn one, and it became a race for survival. In order to survive, I had to avoid capitals. In a way, I wanted the Greenadiers to win quickly, so that I would be considered a survivor of the game... :p Any longer, and I would have been dead.

I just wanted the asia bonus from you, blue.

Good game all, especially Blue, Yellow, and ORANGE.

Thanks Grey!

(and Im SO glad I didnt order a surge from N Africa to Congo, I got rid of it at the last second, literally)

I'm yet undecided what to do next. I'll let you know soon enough. Just need to cater to my real NES some first. ;)

Yellow EOG

When I started this game, I knew I had little chance of success. My territories were too spread out to be of any useto each other, but I decided my best bet was going for north America. Thats when the fun began.

Black was there too, and he attacked me. Next turn, he was dead.

Red backstabbed me, and look what happened! He died too!

Orange backstabbed me too, and he lost Europe the same turn.

By then, I was hoping that we could form an anti-green alliance, but for some reason Blue and Orange decided not to. (?) I still wonder why, but I guess they didn't want to, which is kinda weird. Orange at least was fighting Green at least, but I was really dissapointed with Blue. He was there, about to seize two capitals, but instead decided that its better to live cowardly than die honorably. I really thought that was poor sportmanship - kinda like sitting around on the playing field in a golden goal situation to let the other team win so that the game would be over. But whatever.

I think Green played a terrific game, showing good tactical strength. He deserves this win. I extend my hand to him for a good, well deserved victory.

Is capitals a good game? Well, I don't know. Some people pay too much attention to capitals, while some (ahem, blue!) don't pay enough attention to the most important aspect of the game. Well, lets see whats next on the line.

Transmission, out.

Alright, so my thoughts for the future are the following. I've modded two Risk games in a row and could use a break. It's not all that much work, but it's some work, and playing is a lot more fun. Also, if I am to mod anything, I feel like modding that NA diplo scenario I did off of TBR's map. Now would be a great time to do that, since I've just finished modding this, and TBR's BlaDipNES just finished.

So, I will likely start a diplo game in a few days' time. I would gladly play in a Risk game that anyone else hosts, and it's likely I will host more Risk games in the future - just not right now.

Heh, well, I knew that I would be outmatched if I tried to take capitals, and I wanted to be considered a finalist... so, I took the easy way to survive. I knew that I had no chance of surviving any longer, so I let Green keep their capitals without them being attacked, so that I would be considered a survivor.

Yes, it's horrible sportsmanship, and if I was actually at a reasonable strength, I wouldn't have done it. However, I was pathetically weak, so my goal was survival against the odds.

Cant fault ya for that really Splime. No offense yellow but all this talk about helping take down green wouldn't really do much in the end cause if you took down green then I would go for the win like I have been doing. In the end thats what counts. Looking at the map and how everything played out it was fairly clear it was either going to be me (orange) or green for the win.
