Okay, this is my first mod/scenario so please bear with me.

THIS IS FOR VANILLA CIV 3 1.29f and is in .RAR FORMAT!

In this scenario, the romans have been exiled to an island in the south west, and have finally built of the forces to rebuild their empire on one of the two continents.

On Continent One (slightly smaller):
Germany, America.
On Continent Two:
China, Japan, France, England, Persia, Greece.

All civs (except Rome) start with 7 cities, 4 ICBMs (to make it interesting) and approximately the same number of units. All civs have all their cities roaded. All civs have an aggressiveness rating of 4/5, although I may change this to 5/5 by popular demand.

To balance it out, Rome gets 4 free techs, and starts with 3 galleons, 6 Legionaries, 3 settlers, and 3 catapults. I'm thinking of giving Rome an extra trait. I have playtested this as the Romans, but I do not know how the AI will handle playing as Rome though.



All I can say is, hope you have fun. Some constructive criticism will be nice.

CHANGES FROM v 2.1 to v 2.2
Added some more balance to the game by giving Rome more resources on it's home island

CHANGES FROM V 1.0 to V 2.1
Fixed a problem relating to scouts.

CHANGES FROM V 1.0 to V 2.0:
I have noticed that expansionist civs start with their scouts, screwing up the game mechanics abit.
To remedy this, I have removed the expansionist trait from this game. Instead, the Americans get 'Militaristic' and the English get 'Industrious'.

Why do they have I.C.B.M,s
 
The ICBMs Are to make the game more interesting, like I said.
