Need BTS Registry

So I just recently moved and my stuff is a mess. I played BTS for a while by the inflation and some other stuff turned me off. Now that the patch is there I wanted to come back and try it again. I must have been too delete happy with my registries because it says I don't have BTS installed anymore. I'd really like to patch to 3.13 and I can't find the BTS disk. Does anyone have their BTS registry I could have?

I was looking everywhere for this. I have a nonstandard Windows install (tinyxp), and a lot of things don't work quite the same as vanilla XP SP2.
