But the Carabinieri aren't marines... I made a custom unit in my modules (inside the folders modules/Custom Units/ called Militar Police, gave to them City_garrison 1 as promotion and prerequisite building the Jail... after in the different unit_artstyles to the italians a gave the Carabinieri, i prefered this way rather then the Bonus Unit...
