ITALIAN mechanized infantry DARDO

Re-shape of the standard unit m2 Bradley, but i've used the bmp.nif (I think is a unit of Snafusmith) to import the meshes cause with the standard one i'd had the same error with the Ariete.
It uses bmp animations included.
It uses 2 camo found in the forum for the m2 (Eu-camo and Desert-camo, that i've modified just a little and are not properly good for it) that are from Baal Isidro



UPDATED WITH THE 2ND VERSION WITH A TURRET MORE SIMILAR TO THE REAL ONE HERE

Wow, didn't know the Italians are using Anti-Gravity these days.

Is it just me, or is the rocket launcher box on the left side of the turret floating there (the turret also is floating a bit, but not as noticeably).

Nice unit otherwise, can you fix that ? :)

But I hope not with the explosions of the several nuclear plants he wants to build!!!
I didn't noticed it... I wanted to make the turret i bit lighter. I will see it to fix and maybe it will be the occasion to make it more similar to the real... but i didn't know also if there were missiles animations and didn't want to mess up them ;) thanks

I thought that the attachment signed with a red arrow were good enough. But evidently is unbalanced. I will make a version 2.

I think your attachment is fine.
It looks like the thing is floating in the reference pictures you provided as well.

It looks very cool with the dark skin. The desert camo one i do not like as much.

A sidenote/tip: When reshaping stuff just slightly - there should be a option to "preserve UV Mapping" - it is not prefect, but it will reduce texture distortion on on those slightly reshaped parts (the sidecovers of the chains for example.)

THANKS Very much... however is almost ready a version 2 with the turret a bit more similar to the real one

Why do the nifs of the two versions differ (I would have expected different skins only) ?

The nif (if i haven't forget anything) should be the same (if no the ultimate is the one with euro camo) the only difference is the editing of the uv.
I putted all the folders that I have in my game with the IZarc in the zip without eliminate anything :crazyeye:....
to see the nif well You have to put in game otherwise with nifviewer and nifskope You'll see the turret layed on a side :p
