XML problem

HELP ME PLZ!!! if anyone knows wat i have to do to fix this problem plz help me... i got the patch 1.74 and had the error and then i installed directx and got rid of the dcxl... (don't remember) now when i try to start it up i get a message like this ( it is in the attached file... have no clue how to make it show on this message)

I'm afraid the easiest way to fix this is a reintall of Civ4. You should try that, and if the problem persists after repatching post again.
 
ugh... i have that error message when trying to uninstall... now i'm stuck in a corner with 3 locked doors and some deaf person outside that doesn't know where he is and that their is a door infront of him... alrdy gotten so far with getting 3 errors out of the way... any quick advice?
