Tree Resource, Building and Wonder

This is a Tree that can be used as a Bonus, Luxury or Strategic Resource as well as an Improvement.
This was requested a Special Elf Tree Resource that was wanted to gain more Food, Shields and Gold.
Note that the Colors use the Conquest resources.pcx and the Conquest buildings large and small but the images can be adapted to other Versions.
Included files:
*Tree Map Resource - Copy inside Frame for placement on your resources.pcx file.
*Buildings Civilopedia Images- To use as Buildings Civilopedia Images Large and Small.
*Wonder Splash- To use as a Wonder Splash Image.
*buildings large and small Images- Images for the buildings large and buildings small .pcx files.
*Tree Resource Civilopedia Images- has the Bonus, Luxury and Strategic Resource
Large and Small Images for the Resource Icons.

againsttheflow... Well, it was no problem and I did not know what type was wanted for the request so I added all of them.

I am sure people know how to change the Colors of the tree to fit what they want but the way it is should blend in ok only with higher contrast and color... the size of the Resource tree is just a bit larger than the usual trees but I assumed this tree was desired to stand out just a little bit :)
 
What did this world tree do?
 
I would see Yggdrasil as a gigantic evergreen, in fitting with the northern landscape the Norse lived in.
 
Very nice. This is perfect for what I had in mind.

In my fantasy mod, the elves don't build workers, as they respect nature too much to transform the landscape. To make up for this definite disadvantage, they would get this tree (from a civ-specific tech that only they would have). I'm using it as a bonus resource that gives +1 to food, gold and shields. Also, elf units don't require strategic resources, and move 2 per turn, ignoring movement cost in forest (to make up for lack of roads, of course). As for luxury resources, they get a few extra improvements for happiness instead.

People have Good imaginations and use things in various ways for a game. The Tree is a very simple thing for use in a game and I did not want to limit or dictate how it is used so I decided to just make the tree available for use as any Resource type, Improvement and or Wonder.
... it's not as if this is any big deal... it's just a tree :lol:
