The entire crew had gathered around the scene, as well as most of the passengers. It was a week into the trip and not so much as a cloud in the sky had sent the trip awry, and for the most part everyone had expected the trip to remain as uneventful as it had been.

There would be no such luck.

On the deck lay the captain, sprawled out helplessly over the coagulated pool of blood he had spawned. His head was blackened and bruised while his extremities and torso held several vicious teeth marks, chunks of flesh obviously having been ripped out and devoured. Whispers and rumors circled amongst the growing crowd, but the most pressing one was obvious: Who was the captain now?

Slowly, the realization sunk in - this was going to be no uneventful ride. There was a vicious murderer on board - and the trouble had just begun.

Night 0 - Captain Thoral (NPC) is killed by a mysterious assassain
Night 1 - Royal Guard Bratmon is attacked but survives. Mercenary KingMorgan, however, is not so lucky.
Day 2 - Crewman Neverwonagame3 is sent to Davy Jones' locker, depite his innocence.
Night 2 - Royal Guard Bratmon fends off another attack, but Artisan Icekommander becomes dead weight.
Day 3 - Secretary Sepuku is revealed to be an assassin, and is sent to her death.
Night 3 - Cannoneer Niklas is mortally wounded, but his attacker Cook Tasslehoff is killed before he can finish the job.
Day 4 - Navigator Hell_Hound takes a plunge but is ultimately guiltless.
Night 4 - First Mate Chandrasekhar's death leaves the ship captainless.
Day 5 - Wench Diamondeye basically just gives up and hops overboard.

Once the murder happened, the guard immediately went to guard the diplomat. He had always been an obsessed guard, but now he was practicaly insane. CCRunner never left his sight.
 
Arakha looked around for her husband Seon and for any other strong men willing to protect her.
 
"Now people, let us all just calm down..." the Merchant said to the crowd. He then glanced at the bodyguard who just said "Generic Stuff," as if he had either seen countless such things happen, or was just plain insane (:p). This may be a difficult trip to survive...
 
The Artisan walks on deck to check out all the commtion. The moment he sees the Captian lying on the floor he immediately screams:

"I HATE MY LIFE! What the heck is it, I can't be a break. Buttholes back at Innsmouth stole my goods, I dropped my last hammer off the deck yesterday, and now this! My the dang hell can't I get a break around here! *As the Artisan begins to pace, he begins to attract stares from the other members on board" All I want to do is get home without anymore of this darnfool luck I can't get away from! It even affects the people around me! The only consolation I'll get from the killer coming after me, and you can be sure I'm next, is that he'll trip and fall on the way out! It's rediculous!"
 
So...Bratmon is insane, Seon is a surviver, and IceKommander is borderline suicidal...I hope I'm getting this all correct...
 
The Lookout is climbing down from his place above the topsail to behold the horrible scene.

After realizing the horror before his eyes he shot a hostile gaze to the passengers. Surely One of them had brought the bad luck on this vessel.

He then turned to the officers to see if one of them would step forward and claim the lead in bringing this vessel home.

[OOC:] and Sepuku is a Smart-Ass :-).

The wench exited her cabin, clothes in a mess that reveals a little too much skin. She seems shocked by the murder, but the merchant's shouting quickly catches her attention...

"I looove men that can shout!" With a sideglance to the merchant's wife, she adds; "You doin' anythin' tonight, hun'?"
 
Go ahead and do stuff with each other. I just wanna watch. ;) (The last time I said that at a lesbian party, I got a Rolex)
 
The sailor had not realised that he was a crew member on the Love Boat.
 
I just believe the Bodyguard is already too long away from the port taverns. Maybe we should cool him down a bit with a bath in the open sea.

"Oh, Diamondeye," says Arakha, moving over to her and sobbing on her shoulder. "It's just dreadful. The captain is dead and I just want to be warm and safe tonight."
