Gloomy cities near the polar circle? Workers with nothing to do? Not anymore! Build a snowman and make your ice plains a brighter place!

No, a better event would be 'It's been a cold winter, and your people are hungry. They demand that you be killed."

Option 1: "Bah! Let them eat icecream!" All of your cities revolt for three turns. No requirements
Option 2: "Have the secret police make effigies of me out of snow in the most rebellious cities. The populace can then kill me, while I am safe and sound." One snowman appears on a random unused snow tile in every city with a snow tile. Requires police state.
Option 3: "Declare a 'Build-a-Snowman Day!'" Every city gets a snowman if it has an unused snow tile and enters We Love the King Day!" Requires Free Speech, a 1.5-1 ratio of snow tiles to cities.



PS: I love the civilopedia picture. A snowman on a barren plain.

I like both ideas. :)

The picture was in fact rather easy to make. The background is the standard plain turned white and the snowman is a simple copy&paste from NifSkope.
But thanks for the compliment. :)

I've now added a female snowman to the improvement for your gender diversity delightment. ;)
 
This is great, I actually had a similar idea, but with penguins instead of snowmen. I mean, who doesn't love penguins? :) Anyone have a good penguin model?

Thanks. I think I've seen a penguin resource somewhere here before, but I can't remember where...

However, I could offer you a sea lion resource instead if you like. :D
