Term 6 - Nominations

I decline the nomination (and wonder why I was nominated in the first place).

I do not have the time nor the skills for a governor job.

Yea, we would not want that to interfere with your job as president of the Cat fan club :p

Sorry...just started reading this thread. I will accept the nomination...

You can be ambassador and a minister or a govaner. But you can not be more than one minister. And you can not be Minister and govoner. :p
So...that's a "yes"? Cos I want to be ambassador and minister.

I nominate Provolution for Governor of Tikal...it will give him something constructive to do. ;)

Classical Hero, we can run for all offices, but keep only one.

I second CH for Equestria and for FA.

I nominate Yndy for Governor of Equestria.

I accept the nomination for Governorship of the Province Tikal.
Hopefully, this non-controversial and alpha-numeric office will serve our nation in a non-contentious manner.

Apparently, I would have to decline nominations for the CoIA for the next term due to increased workload in real life. This game takes a lot of energy and time to play. Two terms is a long time.

However, it would be better if we have a highly qualified turnplayer. It seems that asking Rik to reconsider his position and accept the nomination for CoIA is a very good idea.

Now who do we have to play the turns who knows the game? We sure don't want to EMP win the CoIA position uncontested... That would be like giving up. ;)

And I sure hope akots is gonna do at least something for the game... your skills are highly known and honored here, we need you.

What is the Point of th FA if we have Ambassadors? I believe we should get rid of this ministry because it's job is being done by the Ambassadors.

I wouldn't say so.

-The FA can fill in as ambassador for newly found civs
-The FA can give direction to the ministry (which believe it or not is important)
-The FA can fill in for absent ambassadors
-The FA can coordinate multiple team discussions
-The FA can help ambassadors who need a second CFCer at a chat (other side is playing hardball)

I know from my FA experience in the PTW game.

Thanks for the kind words which I obviously don't deserve. It was a 6-month long public service sentence and I tried to do my best with this cute little civilization. I'm sure the citizens will be able to find and elect a more skilled turnplayer in my stead.

I'm still addressing to Rik asking to accept the CoIA nomination.

If a possibility of power abuse might be a concern, it is possible to ask somebody else to moderate this forum.

In these times of near war good turn play is essential. I know I am a good turn player and if the citizens need me I'll take up the turnplaying parts of the ISDG. I don't know what skills Emp (the only accepting nominee for the CoIA position) has in these matters.

I certainly do not want 2 things:
1 - create the image that I am abusing my moderatorship in a quest to dominate the ISDG.
2 - block or hinder members in obtaining the position of their wish.

But I also do not want to deny a possible call to me from you all.

Therefore I want to know 2 things.
A: Emp: what level can you beat (easily) in C3C? And what is your usual behaviour to every turn MicriManaging, city check, Diplocheck etc. ?
B: Do the citizens consider it appropriate for me to run for CoIA (king) ?
