How about a polynesian female worker that dances a hoola as her fidget anim? Alternately a replacement worker with a bit better animation & modeling.. plus include a basic attack (swings a stick, or better a rake or other farm implement)

I hate to be a fly in the ointment (well, not actually: I love being a fly in the ointment...) but er, um, if you add a d6 to a d20 that's gonna give you a probability curve, favoring those results nearer to (quick addition in head) result number 14?

Can't you just put 26 chits in a basket and pick the number? Truest way to give everyone equal chance...
