Well, you can argue about the capital of Uzbekistan as well. It could be the more modern Tashkent or the more ancient Samarqand and Bukhara. Anyway, you can decide for yourself by editing the xml in your game if you don't like my choice for the capitals.

I am honored to have my civs in CivGold! But, I don't really like your altered graphics. I based my Shaybani on this picture of him:
Anyway, feel free to colour his clothes any way you wish. I think it is good if people get different options for appearance for the same LH (like the new Alexander).
I provided all the xml you need, you just need to paste them in the right places. Go to the tutorials section of the forum for all the explanations and tutorials you might need.
After playing a little with Blender I came to the conclusion that more or less every leader can be made into whatever you want. For Shaybani I tried Wang Kon, Alexander and even Stuyvesant before deciding to do the easy thing of reskinning Tokugawa Ieyasu. It worked better than I thought!

The alteration were mainly for texture purposes. If you use a single colour it can really stand out against the rest of the model.
I did, however, do some research and the clothing patterns for Shaybani are genuine Uzbek.
I don't think it stands out, but feel free to reskin his clothes as you wish.
