Ok, it seems that we aren't getting any more players for this game, so we have three choices:
Option 1: I can do an abridged version with less items and roles than I initially planned with the 14 people that we do have

I am not sure what you mean by the .org, can you post a link? 
This is the .org. This is TWC. There's somewhat large mafia-playing communities there, and they both overlap with ours quite a bit, and have ever since Askthepizzaguy the Great united the communities with his excellently hosted games a few years ago.

I will say, TWC isn't what it used to be.
I stepped down from my moderating duties there due to a total lack of support by the administration during a dispute I had with one of the other moderators editing my posts where there was no rulebreak, and the administration did nothing about it.
There's been a decline in players there, and unlike other forums, I am willing to let the mafia section at TWC die for the pure and simple reason that we get no support whatsoever from the admins.
I love the folks that hail from there and played there, and some of my most notorious games were hosted there, but as of right now, I feel TWC mafia is a waste of our time and talents, and we need the players here, and on the .org.
Feel free to post an ad in the Gameroom. Also, please feel free to invite some of our elder gamesmen and women from NOTW's past. Diamondeye, for example.
Any chance we can get to bring back the legends of yore, we should.
